VitthalNath Ji no Varghodo and Fugga Agiyaras

This is the 211 year of “Shri Vitthalnathji no Varghodo” in Vadodara on July 1st 2020 on Devpodhi Ekadashi. But due to current situations of Covid19 its has been decided not go out for the 1st time.

Shri Vitthalnathiji mandir handled by Devsthan Trust and every year on the Devpodhi Ekadashi Shri Vitthalnathji no Varghodo take place in vadodara. Many Barodian’s together in the procession and due to present pandemic of Covid19 Temple trust have decided not to take out the 211 Varghodo on the Roads of Vadodara old city. However, worship will be performed in the temple on the occasion of Devpodhi Ekadashi by the Gaekwad family. After which Lord Vitthalnathji will arrive in a small chariot inside the temple. While the time of Darshan for the public will be on Wednesday, July 1 from 10 am to 1 am and from 4 pm to 7 pm.

This ekadashi also celebrated as Fugga Agiyaras- may the only festival which only Vadodara celebrate. There is no required of any introduction of this festival – Barodian’s know what is going to happen on this day.
